If you want to look at hot men and pretend to exercise this is the video. I don't do the exercises, but I do use it to encourage me to actually exercise while the guys pose. The point of the video, for me, is not so much what they're doing, but what they encourage me to do.

Thought I'd try yoga as an exercise and start to stretch before joining a gym again. This tape is nothing but three dudes in jockstraps sharing a blanket. No real teaching or explanation, just a woman's voice narrating for 25 minutes. Skip this title if you're really looking for yoga information or workouts.
