This movie is about a corrupt New York Govenor who funds an antiquities exhibit in a musuem. He aquires this artificat that gives him the ability to control a demon. He uses this demon to kill his enemies. This dike lady cop tries to save one of the victims and then starts to team up with a do gooder that is trying to get to the truth. I fell asleep by the end. I had to watch the end later. Movie is low budget for sure but they did try to build in some plot revolving around the governor (an affair, etc.). I think most should skip this one.
