Synopsis of Smallville: Jitters
The Kents' former hired hand Earl Jenkins (Tony Todd) comes back to Smallville with an uncontrollable case of "the jitters." Exposed to the kryptonite held in storage at LutherCorp, Earl has not only developed a devastating nervous disorder, but has also killed a man in Metropolis.
