Essential Music Videos: 80's Rock is a budget-priced release from Rhino Flashback. Features music videos for "Holy Diver" by Dio, "Alone Again" by Dokken, "New Girl Now" by Honeymoon Suite, "Don't Close Your Eyes" by Kix, "Wait" by White Lion, and "Miles Away" by Winger. At only 25 minutes long with no additional material, this title can only be recommended for background viewing at an '80s party. Fit for Beavis and Butt-Head. Only wish more 80s bands could be on this DVD!

I don't even remember seeing this. I imagine Dio's Holy Diver was good. The rest will make you think that the 80s were really bad. It was. Well, the mainstream was. The 80s underground scene threw up better stuff than anything White Lion, Kix, or Winger ever hoped to do. Could you imagine the folks who bought this DVD only to find six videos on it? Rip-off!
