To retrieve "The Book," a file crucial to Section One security, Michael (Roy Dupuis) goes after David Fanning (Douglas O'Keeffe), the terrorist who has stolen The Book, and intends to turn it over to the enemy. As part of his strategy, Michael becomes close to Lisa Fanning (Yvonne Scio), David's abused wife.
