This film is definitely worth renting if for nothing else than to witness the birth of a new potential Hollywood star. Juliette Marquis is amazingly natural in her first film role as Moon, the star of a fictitious (but based on reality) internet porn site. Here, she is at once sexy, bold, frightened, loving, confused, and naive. James Woods has a great and sad role as Moon's dad, who suffers from Parkinson's. The film itself is fairly thin of plot, and other than Moon and her dad, character development leaves something to be desired. There's a bit of cheeze to the porn-inspired scenes, but that might be purposeful, considering the subject matter. There is a fairly frightening scene towards the end of the film that involves Michael Rappaport's character. All I can say is, don't tick off Zebrahead!

So the plot is a little weak...almost fake really. if nothing else, it serves to keep Juliette Marquis doing something in this film. I do not think I can overstate the magnitude of her character. In one scene she is living it up as a porn star, in the next she wipes her dad's behind. There is something very true, very down-to-earth about her. Mark my words, she is the next Bond girl.

This is an okay movie, but I do question the accuracy of what is portrayed as the porn industry.
