Synopsis of Dark Angel: Love in Vein

A vampiric transgen named Marrow (Sam Witwer) has enslaved a gang of street kids, addicting them to regular doses of his superhuman blood, which they drink as if it were a beverage. Capturing Max (Jessica Alba), Marrow informs her that he intends to use his "perfect," Manticore-generated blood for an all-out war against the non-transgens. He also offers to release Max, provided she hand over his current "chick" Rain (Keegan Connor Tracy) -- but there is far more at stake here than your average hostage exchange. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
