Fed up with the perceived insolence of her staff, head nurse Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan (Loretta Swit) spitefully confines Nurse Baker (Linda Kelsey). This requires Hawkeye (Alan Alda) and B.J. (Mike Farrell) to "invent" a quarantine so that Baker can enjoy a long-awaited overnight rendezvous with her soldier husband.
