    This video was extremely confusing. It seemed as if Gaiam wanted to make 3 levels of video on what they call a beginner dvd. Plus, the exercises don't necessarily need props, but props are used...and somehow I get the feeling that you can purchase the props through Gaiam.

    I'm sure Pilates is a great workout, but I found it to be extremely boring!!! About half-way through the warm-up (BEAM technique), I got bored, gave up, and put in a different work-out video. Waaaay too slow for me. I'm guessing I wouldn't like yoga either! I'll have to stick to cardio/dance videos and running!
