There are actually several early fims included on this disc. A Holiday Pageant at Home (1901) is just what it says. The Night Before Christmas (1905) is the Clement C. Moore classic. A Winter Straw Ride (1906) is very short, but fun. A Trap for Santa Claus (1909) catches someone other than Santa. A Christmas Carol (1910), again a classic; while A Christmas Accident (1912) is a sweet tale of the Haves and the Have-Nots. The Adventure of the Wrong Santa Claus (1914) and Santa Claus vs. Cupid (1915) are both cute, but Santa Claus (1925, filmed in Northern Alaska) was my favorite. I've seen comments like, "By today's standards it's crudely made, but for 1905, it's a gem." Let's agree that 1905 should never be judged by 3rd Millenium standards, just as an abstract enthusiast should not judge Botticelli. If you enjoy silent films, there are some chestnuts here.

These 2 little movies are an interesting glimpse into the past. I just wish there were more of them. The snowball fight is too funny.
