    This is one of the better workout videos I've used. I was already quite familiar with her book version of this (which I would highly recommend); without that foundation, I wouldn't have gotten half of what I got out of the video. I love Beryl as a teacher - a very encouraging/nurturing combo, and she paces it well. She definitely knows what she's talking about. I'll say it again - get the book to go with this and you'll get TONS more out of the video. Together, they are very much worth your time.

    Wonderful practice. Beginners watch first and please attend a class somewhere to understand the correct alignment in asanas.
