I rented this a while back because I thought it was Iron Chef America. This isn't it. This is some spin off show that they might have wanted to do. Its bad. Skip this one.

If you're a fan of the japanese or american versions of this show on Food Network, then avoid this dvd and save room in your queue for something you'll enjoy watching. Worst show I've ever seen.

Watching it in 2009 was good fun for our family. It is closer to the Japanese original in spirit and how can you not like the 'Chairman'? The Judges were the only drawback, as it would have been better to have more critical and experienced judges. We're sorry there are no more episodes.
