This workout gives you a good introduction to yoga while also allowing you to grow into more difficult poses as you practice. It is never dull - and the instructor does a great job at calling out each pose so you don't have to look at the screen constantly. She keeps you focused on your breathing and correct stance. I found it a very good workout and saw results quickly.

I wanted to try something different with my yoga workout so I rented this. Glad I did because I realized I did not want to buy it after doing it for a few days. It is way to face paced for a yoga workout. However, I think that the younger generation might enjoy it because the music is very upbeat and fun. It was not a bad dvd, it was just not my style.

This was a great Yoga workout, and I really enjoyed it. It wasn't too easy but it also wasn't so difficult I couldn't do it. The music was different then "typical" Yoga music and I enjoyed it-it wasn't distracting at all. This workout was fun and I would recommend it to anyone who likes Yoga.
