On the brink of perishing in a car accident, graduate student Lorelle (Kristin Lehman) is suddenly snatched from the jaws of death by futuristic time traveler Gavin (Chris Martin). For Gavin, hopping through time and space is merely a game, but Lorelle does not see things the same way. Inveigling Gavin into sending her back to 1969, she attempts to save her own father from being killed in an antiwar demonstration -- an act of humanity that may well wreak havoc on all future events.
