      I wanted to start exercising and chose Leslie Sansone's Walk the Walk. The DVD has two options: the one mile and the two mile. The one mile introduces you to the moves. You get in one good mile and stretch. The two steps it up and you get a pretty good workout. I was new to exercising and the 2 mile was great to get me started. The music is wonderful. It is old hymns put to a faster paced beat. This is a great video for beginners!

      If you're looking for a workout video that wont challenge you too much physically but gets you moving and sweating this is a great video. It's aerobic enough that it gets your heart pumping and some sweat happening, but it's not so draining that you can't get motivated to do it. I thought it was great!
