If it weren't for the video, the subtitle reading viewer would be totally lost as to what was going on. The subtitles suffered from a poor translation, continuous grammatical errors and worse yet ... the beginning of a third of the sentences weren't even displayed. While the story did have a few interesting time travel plot points, the film as a whole was weak and included a lot of not so serious acting. And the special effects were of the quality you might find in an early 1990's film. It's as if the cast and crew went to Las Vegas for a vacation and decided to make a film when they weren't acting as tourists. Fans of Cecilia Cheung will be disappointed as this is really an Ekin Cheng movie. Despite the DTS audio option, surround sound usage was minimal. As for extras, there's a trailer for the movie, a "Databank" option containing a synopsis and cast and crew credits and trailers for two other movies. Not recommended.
