This was my first time doing yoga and thought it would hard. It wasn't at all. He makes it easy for first timers. You have to want to do it. I can't streach as far as the people in the video do, but like he said do what you can. My only problem is that I have to get use to doing the nose breathing. I ignore the zin things they do (it's not much) but I focus on the exercise and my back and body feel better now.
