There are two twenty minute yoga segments. The instructors are on a beach, one instructor talks, while the other demonstrates. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. It is appropriate for beginners while intermediate can go deeper into poses to make them more challenging. To me, it was okay, but not interesting enough to do twice.
