    I have been a firm fan for a long time, this tape has parts of old tapes and some new stuff. I would not buy this.

    This was definately an older video....everything looked outdated. There was only about 2 kinds of workouts that were good the rest I didn't feel anything and I did realize you needed a stepper so half the workouts I couldn't do it's an ok tape.
