I rented it because the write up said it was a comedy. Actually it should be filed under D for Drama and Depressing. The story was pointless. The main character played by Jennifer Aniston lied or told the truth; told all or wouldn’t explain anything depending on what the writer wanted to happen next. That this woman, at 30 years old, would first tell the boy's parents their son is unbalanced and for his sake needs to be committed (true)and then seriously consider running away with this immature 23 year old child with serious emotional problems to a "better life" caused me to totally lose any sympathy for her I might have mustered up. In fact I ended up finding the drug smoking husband to be the stablest and most likeable character in the lot. It was a waste of time to watch.

it was an ok movie. A little true in a lot of parts, but at the same time a little crazy. It good overall. Definitely not a happy movie.
