    The day Regan Was Shot was an excellent made for cable TV movie. The casting was also excellent. Holland Taylor was outstanding as Nancy Regan. Forget about your own political views and just enjoy the film for what it was: a drama based in part on true events and in part on fiction. The same can be said for Path to War or Thirteen Days. I highly recommend this account of the events of that day.

    This movie was well done and interesting. It is a movie that requires your attention as there are many characters and details, but provides a great story about events that few people know about.

    This is a masterpiece of writing, direction, and performance. We borrowed it not knowing how gripping it would be, and we watched it a second time a few days later, to get even more out of it -- knowing what was ahead, we were able to pay more attention to the many excellent details. We had not expected such fine performances by Dreyfuss and Crenna, who are usually cast as lighter characters (in other films).
