This dvd shows 10 very basic hip hop moves, ending with a routine that combines them all. The moves are ok and did include one I really wanted to learn - the kick step. However, the teaching is rather poor and reminds me of those sections on comic pages where you supposedly learn to draw a complicated figure by drawing a circle, then add a line, then the rest is suddenly all filled in and you copy it. Same here; they show you the initial move in slow motion, then jump to the whole thing, which is hard to follow.
