This video is absolutely wonderful. It teaches correct form to small children. It reccomends it being for around age 4, but my daughter age 2 just started dance classes and enjoys this video immensely. It teaches them to stretch also and even gives practice moves step by step. I plan on buying this video and reccomend it to anyone who puts their little one in class. Also, its entertaining for the parents to watch the little ones too. You won't be disappointed.
