Synopsis of The Andy Griffith Show: Don't Miss a Good Bet
Fast-talking George Jones (Roger Perry) breezes into Mayberry with an attractive get-rich-quick scheme involving a buried treasure. Everyone in town falls for Jones' line, despite repeated warnings from the suspicious Andy. Eventually, however, even Andy secretly invests money in Jones' scheme-with sobering results.
