Some good fighting and gunplay, but this movie is all over the map. Whole sections of the plot are swiped from the old Paul Newman movie Cool Hand Luke. The movies feels like someone tossed the script in the air and reassembled the pages without sorting them. By the way, this is an ensemble piece, not a Jackie Chan star vehicle. Only for BIG fans of HK action films. You know who you are.

Didn't enjoy this movie much at all....but it was interesting to see an early movie where Jackie Chan was not the star. In fact, was disappointed that I didn't see him for the first 15 minutes of the movie. It was amusing to see how Chinese movie makers try to copy American movies-without much success!
