Sometimes you just want to laugh at a movie that's trying too hard... this and it's sequel are sure's hell in that clique. If you're looking to be scared, then you really must've been asking for waaaay too much to begin with.

Even though this movie tries to achieve a level of horror it really does not capture it. Instead, viewers will lagh at the cheap special effects and groan at the meandering plot. Besides this, well, there really is nothing else other than the fact that this movie is so cheaply made that there is not point in watching it. I would say the only good thing about this movie is that it would frighten someone easily if he or she were scared of clowns, especially those whom kill people. Then a guy could rent this movie and watch it with his girlfriend, or guy friend for that matter, and laught at both the crappy movie and the scared to death partner. In the end, the low budget effects caused this movie to be laughable at best rather than a horror movie.

horrible attempt at producing a horror movie. i understand not every director has a huge studio backing a production, but use what you got. i would recommend all copies being burned. : )
