Synopsis of Babylon 5: By Any Means Necessary
An on-the-job tragedy prompts the Shuttle Dock workers to call a strike. Despite their legitimate grievance, Earth Central negotiator Orin Zento (John Snyder) will not give in to their demands under any circumstances. Meanwhile, G'Kar causes a crisis of his own by making an unintentional blunder during preparations for a Narn religious ceremony.
