Or almost: the picture quality is very good, and the scenery is beautiful, as the California Coast is. This movie is not, and does not pretend to be a documentary. It is just like what you would produce if you travel to the coast, film it yourself (with very good equipment) and add relaxation music. Not bad, but nothing captivating.

...but little else. When we rented this we thought it was a documentary of the area, not a relaxation DVD with sights and music. It didn't help that the copy we got skipped and didn't play well.
