This was my first exposure to this ballet. I found it very delightful, the dancing is crisp and technically exquisite. Good acting and costumes too. Staging and camera work are first rate. The only drawback is that no synopsis is supplied to explain the story but this is nearly insignificant because it is a relatively simple story and not difficult to follow. I believe this to be a prime introduction to this ballet in particular or for ballet in general. Very well done!
