It was pleasurable and painful to see Mary Wells, Martha Reeves, David Ruffin, and Eddie Kendrick on stage. I love their music, but I was saddened by events in their lives. These singing groups brought me such joy. Yet, they seemed not to have experienced that same joy personally. Their songs painted beautiful artworks of love and romance. I wonder did they ever discover the joys and beauty mentioned in their songs. The background singers-dancers on this video were marvelous. They captured the moves and choreography of the Temptations so perfectly. I hoped that Paul Williams would have been as proud of them as I was watching their precision and graceful movements.

This was not just danciing in the street, this was dancing on the wall, on the ceiliing and a wonderful performance. This video is one of the best Motown videos to watch and be a part of this historical event. I rated it 4 star.
