The 1985 incident that hit Mexico City and quakes in Kobe, Japan, are featured. Include are interviews with survivors whose eyewitness accounts make the human cost all the more real to viewers. The causes of quakes are also examined. Their destruction seems entirely unpredictable and random, but understanding their behavior may save lives and property.
