    I am not too big on kathy smith because I had one of her tapes and it was a joke. Well, i can't say the same for this one! This step workout had me sweating, and my heart rate very high. I am a good exerciser, but i had to bring the step down on this one! I have done it three times and I have almost mastered the steps. They are not too difficult, but it does take a little practice to get it down pat. This is a really good step workout for those who want a good cardio workout. My face was flushed and hair soaked each time. 5 star on this one! But i will say, she uses a aerostep and jumps alot on the step, and even though you can use any step, its best to get the one she uses because my shins kind of hurt because I feel the impact.
