      This documentary was narrated by Leonard Nimoy, not Kathleen Turner. For families with children, you may want to skip Act IV, as the images are a bit graphic. We used this in our homeschool class to reinforce what we had already studied about Pompeii--really brought it all together.

      Was a Good watch, Showed a lot of the before and after , what happened when the volcano exploded, the history of the area and how the people lived. was intresting in most spots, but some times i felt a little bored. but worth the watch at least one time.

      If you are planning a trip to Pompeii, then this is a great DVD. It is only 50 minutes, but is packed full of good info for your trip. I cannot wait to get there!
