In the course of tracking an alien felon, law enforcement agent Birdy accidentally guns down innocent high school student Tsutomu. Now, in order to keep Tsutomu alive, Birdy must time-share the mild mannered student's body while simultaneously attempting to uncover the source of a drug that transforms human beings into monsters.
