Good massage tips overall, and excellent research provided on the benefits of massage. But be forewarned they show a dangerous example of a baby sucking on a plastic bottle that contained massage oil...I was waiting for him to accidentally injest the oil, and for 911 to show up. I'm horrified that they didn't edit this behavior out of an otherwise good video.
