Very well done BBC Masterpiece Theater three part series. I missed it the first time it aired but was glad to see it recently. If anything to see John Thaw's performance as it shows his depth as a quality actor. The historical accuracy is not quite 100% but it is suppose to be entertaining after all. The way the invading Nazi's are portrayed seemed a little too nice to me and all of the UK actors playing either Germans or French people at times was a bit of a stretch but I enjoyed it none the less.
