I really can't say it was all that good. The subject was great. The delivery was to slow. There should have been more about the attraction between the two men.

The scenes' filming were really done very well. Karen Black did a great job as the excentric Summer. Unfortunately the movie didn't really go anywhere and was ultimately disappointing. This is a movie I wouldn't buy.

Judging from the time period the plot of this film evolves around, this is an excellent film. I enjoyed Karen Black's role as the aunt, as she's usually a B flick horror queen. The fact that the film was tastefully done without all the nudity one generally endures in the homosexual topics, makes this a great film. Everyone should give this movie a chance as there are several individuals lives being exposed in it. This one will be a part of my DVD collection.
