Member Rating:
This fourth entry in the Halloween franchise focuses on Jamie Lloyd (Danielle Harris), the niece of ubiquitous masked killer Michael Myers (George P. Wilbur). Jamie tries to lead a normal life, but she can't escape the vengeance of her "funny uncle," who once more escapes from the loony bin. The only echo of the original Halloween -- and a faint one at that -- is the casting of Donald Pleasence as Dr. Loomis, who manages to get through his "We must stop him!" scenes as if mouthing the words for the first time. Though as predictable as they come, Halloween 4 is at least well acted, directed, and photographed. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi

It was great to see Mike thrashing people again. I feel bad for Jamie that Michael Myers is her uncle. And she has to see a lot of people die, but what a great movie.

in many ways HALLOWEEN 4 could pass off as just a sequel to cash in on the popularity of the first 2 HALLOWEEN films as well as most of the popular slasher films and their sequels that had been coming out at the time but surprisingly its actually a really good sequel, it does start off a little flawed, the idea of michael myers and Dr. loomis still being alive after us clearly seeing them get blown to pieces at the end of the second movie makes me have a few problems with the movie but then again it wouldn't have been the same movie with out them, lori strode is gone now and thats kind of a dissapointment but once the movie gets started and we are introduced to our charactors it actually is done pretty well the acting is good, the chatractors are likeable and the plot is actually much scarier and more suspenseful then i would have thought, instead of being a brainless teen stabbathon it trys to actually be scary and does a very good job
