Not nearly what I'd hoped for. I thought this movie would delve into the "Mind of a Serial Killer" by reviewing psycho-analysis reports, personality traits and characteristics and would certainly have some interviews of those who have talked to such killers. Instead, it was a very short movie about how FBI agents try to understand the patterns of these killers (where they kill, how they are usually troubled youngsters).
What I wanted was an in-depth view of these odd and interesting creatures, what I received was a cookie cutter "this is what the FBI does about it" type flic- and even they didn't go into any depth really. Pretty weak overall.
This is a fascinating documentary about serial killers and the psychological profilers who try to understand them. Anyone who is interested in the phenomona of serial killers will find this compelling watching. I work in Criminal Justice so this was right up my alley.
