The series I saw of X was like an 8 of 9 movie set that I rented on Netflicks. I dont know how they could condense all of that info into one movie, and If they did I doubt it could represent how great this series is. It is one of my favorite movies I have ever seen, and one of the few I am going to buy.

its a good movie. lots of fighting and action. the story seems a bit confusing but it all culminates at the end. lots of blood and gore. definately must watch at least once.

If you're interested in X because you heard someone raving about it, watch the SERIES, not this movie. The movie is an ultra-condensed version wtih little to no character development, horrible voice acting and overly-dark scenes. It even lacks the stirring and beautiful music of the series. Bah.
