I am new to yoga and this dvd had a little of everything. However, I did not really care for the blank white background or the announcers voice.Overall a ggod dvd, though.

This is a wonderful yoga DVD. The poses and the explanations are excellent.

This dvd moves at too fast a pace for true beginners. Some of the positions are difficult to maintain if you are not totally flexible and completely sure on your feet.
