I rented this film with high hopes. It quickly became apparent that I would be disappointed in this film. I love Craig Ferguson and really wanted to like it but I felt the comedy just missed the mark. There were lots of missed opportunities for a bigger laugh. I think I only truly laughed once. Frances Fisher was outstanding as was Donal Logue, I just hate that the writing did not support these interesting performers.

This movie stars Craig Ferguson as a hairdresser who mistakenly believes he's been accepted as a contestant in the World Freestyling Hair Championships. But it was a form letter and he was only invited to attend and watch. Ooops. So he shows up all cocky and gets kicked out. Then he has to figure out how to get into the contest and try to wow the judges.
