This is a foreign film. The action is there but there is no solid story line. Good for a laugh but not much else.

I love to watch Chinese movies and this was absolutely the worst movie I have ever seen! Scenes of NYC were totally fake and unbelievable. The inside of NYU Medical Center Tisch/University Hospital looked like a prison ward. Scenes of NY were clearly shot in China with no resemblance to anything near NYC. Police uniforms and badges, police cars, everything about the NYC police looked like a comedy routine. I give the movie minus 5 stars!
