Salsa and merengue are two of the most popular Latin dances. Cal Pozo, one of America's top-selling dance instructors, teaches both styles in this entertaining and instructional video. Pozo uses an easy to follow and fun to learn three-step teaching system. Step one involves teaching foot movement only in slow motion, while step two covers the steps using a reversed view, putting the student behind the instructor and making the steps easy to mimic. Finally, step three teaches the basics of leading and following.

This video was ok. There were a lot of stiff older white guys and asian guys. They go over some pretty basic steps. This came out in the early 90's or something because theyw ent over the macarena. Who does that anymore???
