A movie about stolen diamonds, with no violence and a beautiful actress over the age of 50 in the lead. Only the French can pull this off. Great picture.

I always liked Nicole Garcia as an actress, and now she is also great as a director. Nicole gave us the best of Catherine Deneuve, who besides being beautiful, also shows great interpretation in this movie. Good story, beautiful places, nice entertainment. R.C. 10/22/1010.

Catherine Deneuve was a great actress. However, she didn't research this role very well because she did a terrible job as an alcoholic. Plus the story is way boring and no one in the movie has any chemistry with each other. Their acting skills were bland too and they were not good looking at all. I kept waiting for something to pick up but 2/3rd way thru, I couldn't watch it anymore. I love watching foreign movies, but this one is really bad.
