I don't see the point behind calling someone unintelligent for having a different opinion than yourself, like another reviewer has done. I have a very high IQ, I like Sci-Fi, and I don't think this movie was all that bad. I think part of the problem the other reviewer had was that he misunderstood the point of the movie. SPOILER ALERT...............................................................The movie is set at a time when the ozone layer is gone and the u.v. quotient is 11 on a scale of 1-10. The skin burns in minutes if not protected. The young man that the other reviewer spoke of was GENETICALLY ENGINEERED by his parents to be able to go out into the sun without fear of literally losing his skin. I do agree that it was slow moving though. But if you watch, and pay attention to what you are listening to, you will "get" it. Not a bad movie. Worth the look.

I liked it. I think the concept was great, and the idea was developed well throughout the movie. If you're not a Sci-Fi fan, probably not for you, however, If you are, it's great. Certainly not a "Avatar" or a "Star Trek," but I'd rate it higher than "The Island of Dr. Moreau" or "Swamp Thing."

This is the ONLY time I have ever taken time to write a review. This was, without a doubt, the worst movie I have EVER seen, and I've seen plenty of 'em. Do not bother even trying it. 25 minutes in I wanted to drive rusty screwdrivers through my eyes. Don't do it. Awful in EVERY possible way. I'm not kidding. Every single copy in existance should be destroyed.
