I knew this was a low budget movie so keeping my expectations in line with that made it more enjoyable. The movie's premise is an interesting concept which is what makes it worth watching. The acting is pretty descent and the visuals are good. However, the fight choreography is painfully slow and scripted and (within the premise of the movie) there are a few logical leaps that don't work.

Felt like a low budget TV movie from the early nineties. Watch the Librarian movies instead.
