This film I had seen when it first came out as a teenager who played the alto sax...the Dorsey's were my idols and this film, though short and sweet is about as nostalgic as one can get..the acting was so so but who cares when you can hear the Dorseys..I was fortunate enough to meet Jimmy after a dance in which he played (1950) in Asbury Park , Jersey shore..I was all of 20 and when I walked up to Jimmy at a Hotel Bar, he was kind enough to sign my fraternity card..bless the man..21/2 stars!!
