I loved this movie as a kid, my kids love it. Watching as an adult, I find it's not quite as funny as I used to think it was. It's still a good movie, and not nearly as "questionable for children" as other Ernest movies. I'll probably rent this one again.

I recently rented this for my step son and the whole family had a great time watching it....just a great kids movie. He loved it as much as I did when I was a kid!

This is the best of the Ernest movies by far! There is no cursing or sex, some mild violence at ending but funny. I don't see where there is any potty humor as the synopsis states. Know what I mean! Still funny after all these years. Rest in peace Jim, we miss you!!!
