It's one of the best Stephen Chow's movies in the early 90s. Think of this like Boston Legal in ancient China. The story is about a paralegal (or whatever the proper term in the old days) decides to help a widow to fight off the corruption of the Courts. Touching, funny with intelligent plot and dialogs.
